All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional sales.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TRR Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees to reship the order.

International Shipping
