Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If approved, we will offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

TRR Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
